Abstract

The research is devoted to the development of algorithms for data modeling in solution of difficult-to- formalize socially important tasks, which are connected with healthcare in terms of interconnections and interactions of the territories of the Yenisei Siberia. Here the Krasnoyarsk Krai is the key region. The work offers the elements of information system for the analysis of the current state and estimation of the scenarios of future interaction of the territories of the Yenisei economic zone in solving the problems in this field. The article describes GIS technologies and modern means of modeling various data observations
