- Abstract
This article analyzes the electromagnetic and thermohydrodynamic processes occurring in an MHD pump using a numerical method of mathematical modeling based on the finite element method. The distribution patterns of the electromagnetic field in the channel and magnetic circuit of the machine, vector distributions of forces with hydrodynamic flows, as well as thermal patterns of the magnetic circuit and windings of the MHD pump are obtained
