Abstract

Традиционное хозяйство является важной составляющей экономики северных районов, где имеются территории традиционного проживания коренных малочисленных народов Севера. Помимо обеспечения средств к существованию традиционное хозяйство во многом способствует сохранению языка, культуры и традиционного образа жизни коренных малочисленных народов. В данной статье анализируется современное состояние традиционного хозяйства коренных малочисленных народов Севера в Красноярском крае, выявляются его особенности, основные проблемы и перспективы развития. Оценку традиционного хозяйства предлагается проводить с экономической и этносохраняющих позиций. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что традиционное хозяйство не играет существенной роли в экономике региона в целом, однако оно обеспечивает занятость и доход подавляющей части коренного населения во многих удаленных поселках. Выявленные проблемы позволяют наметить основные направления государственной поддержки традиционного хозяйства и социальной политики в отношении коренных малочисленных народов Севера. Перспективы развития традиционного хозяйства в Красноярском крае связаны с повышением его товарности, что требует в качестве первоочередных мер создания заготовительных пунктов и перерабатывающих производств

The traditional economy is essential for the northern regions, which has the territories of traditional residence of indigenous peoples of the North. In addition to providing livelihoods, the traditional economy contributes to the preservation of the national language, culture and traditional way of indigenous people life. Thе article analyzes the current state of the traditional economy in the Krasnoyarsk Krai, identifies its features, main problems and opportunities for development. We assessed the traditional economy of indigenous peoples from an economic and ethno-preserving standpoint. The results indicate that the traditional economy does not play a significant role in the economy of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, but it provides employment and income for the vast majority of indigenous peoples in many remote villages. The identified problems help to develop effective measures of state support for the traditional economy and social policy in relation to indigenous peoples of the North. Resource abundance and steady demand for many types of products create opportunities for traditional economy in the Krasnoyarsk Krai. However, its sustainable development requires the creation of purchasing and processing system
