- Abstract
The article considers the optimization of the design and technology of the explosion-proof housing of the electric drive of the gas valve based on the calculation of the stress-strain state by the finite element method. The 3D numerical model takes into account the bolted connection of the flange and the contact interaction, which allows you to correctly consider the opening of the joint and the deformation of the housing as a whole. An assessment is made of the possibility of using aluminum alloys, deformable and casting groups, as a result of which a design of welded parts is developed, which allows you to significantly reduce the material intensity of the production of parts and improve their manufacturability for serial production
