- Abstract
The Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation has published the new issue of its information-analytical bulletin “Anti-Corruption” for 2024 (Moscow: Jurisprudence Publishing House, 2025, 96 pp.). This publication offers a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of key anti- corruption legal mechanisms, with particular attention to dismissals on the grounds of loss of trust and the imposition of corporate administrative liability for unlawful remuneration. The findings presented in the bulletin constitute a valuable source of analytical data on specific aspects of applied anti-corruption practices. This article provides a review, prepared by the Department for the Prevention of Corruption Offenses at Siberian Federal University, summarizing the main outcomes and offering general conclusions regarding the scientific and practical contributions of the bulletin’s authors
