- Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of identifying and applying mediation technologies that ensure the prevention of conflict situations between the subjects of an innovative network self-learning educational organization. Of particular importance for the development of the intellectual capital of such an organization is the creation of a triple network structure and continuous professional education of its subjects, cooperation technologies, self-learning in the process of professional activity, mutual learning, exchange of knowledge, information and experience in network and team interactions. Polyparadigm research was carried out in the context of synergistic network, systemic, transdisciplinary and competence-based methodological approaches. The leading research methods were theoretical analysis of scientific works and aspects of educational activity, pedagogical experiment, study and generalization of empirical material. The results of the study were the substantiation of the importance of mediative technologies, technologies of productive negotiations with the participation of a mediator and the problem-solving mental activity of employees in network, team and intergroup interactions for the development of the intellectual capital of a network self- learning educational organization. The use of these technologies can ensure the prevention and constructive resolution of conflict situations, the development of the intellectual capital of a network self- learning educational organization
