Abstract

The mathematical modeling of means of compensation of jet capacity in system of traction power supply is executed. The alternative practical design procedure of a traction network allowing on the basis of the analysis of the frequency characteristic of entrance resistance Zen =f( ) to define ranges of currents and tension in elements of a network is offered, and also to estimate levels of active losses and an overload of compensating devices currents of the highest harmonicas.
