- Abstract
Reaction of sucrose hydrolysis in the presence of solid carbon catalysts prepared by chemical modification of sibunit and with aqueous solution of H2SO4 (5 % wt.) was studied. The kinetic parameters of the reaction and the yield of the final product – glucose and fructose were determined.
