Abstract

The paper presents the temperature dependences of the Hall coefficient and magnetization of alloys in amorphous and crystalline states based on F e, N i with additives of metalloids, at temperatures from room temperature to 1000 K. It is shown that with increasing temperature, crystallization occurs with the precipitation of various phases. The crystallization diagrams of the F e66,87N i24,7Si4,93B3,5 alloy are presented. It has been established that the relationship between the anomalous Hall coefficient and magnetization is such that in a certain temperature range there is a linear relationship between them
